5.3 Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that live animals will arrive alive and healthy, provided that they are received on the first delivery attempt. Any claims for DOA (dead on arrival) animals must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy: Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of live animals.
6.2 Product Returns: Non-living products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
6.3 Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
